Please read these Terms before using lingorm.fans. By creating an account or sending a message, you agree to them.

1. What lingorm.fans Is

lingorm.fans is a platform that lets LingOrm fans send and receive anonymous messages, questions, and confessions. We are the platform — not the sender, not the recipient, and not a party to any message exchanged through us. We are not responsible for the content of messages sent or received on lingorm.fans.

Think of us as the mailbox, not the postman.

2. Fan Project Disclaimer

lingorm.fans is an independent, unofficial fan project created by fans, for fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way representative of Sirilak Kwong (known professionally as Lingling Kwong), Kornnaphat Sethratanapong (known professionally as Orm Kornnaphat), or any of their management companies, talent agencies, record labels, or affiliated organizations.

All references to these individuals on this platform are made solely in the spirit of fan appreciation. Any trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property belonging to or associated with these individuals or their representatives remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. lingorm.fans makes no claim to any such intellectual property.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use lingorm.fans. By using the platform, you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions violates these Terms.
  • Do not impersonate other people, fan accounts, or public figures.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use lingorm.fans to:

  • Send, post, or facilitate content that is illegal
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
  • Send or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18
  • Share private information about any real person without their consent (doxxing)
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
  • Impersonate another person or account in a misleading or harmful way
  • Attempt to identify the sender of any anonymous message — we do not offer this feature, and using any workaround to circumvent sender anonymity violates these Terms
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure

Fan-to-fan scope. lingorm.fans is a space for fans to connect with other fans. It is not a channel for directing messages toward, or making statements about, Sirilak Kwong or Kornnaphat Sethratanapong in a manner that could constitute harassment, defamation, or invasion of their privacy.

6. Content

You own your content. Messages and profile content you create remain yours. By posting or sending content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it solely to operate the service.

We are not your editor. We do not review every message before delivery. The person who sends a message is solely responsible for its content. The recipient is solely responsible for deciding how to respond to, share, or report it.

We are just the platform. Any dispute arising from a message exchanged between users is a matter between the sender and recipient. lingorm.fans is not involved and accepts no liability for such disputes.

Automated moderation. We may use automated tools to detect and block content that violates these Terms or constitutes illegal material (such as child sexual abuse material). This does not make us publishers of, or responsible for, any other user-generated content.

7. Reporting and Takedown

If you encounter content that violates these Terms:

  • As a recipient: you can delete or redact any message directly from your inbox at any time — no need to contact us.
  • Anyone: email support@lingorm.fans with a description of the content and, where possible, a message ID or link. We will review and act within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. The Purple Subscription

Purple is our optional paid tier. Details of what's included are on the pricing page.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If you have a genuine billing issue, email support@lingorm.fans and we will review it.

9. Disclaimers

lingorm.fans is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content submitted by users. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lingorm.fans and the individual(s) operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including, without limitation, damages arising from any message sent or received by any user.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of lingorm.fans will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have paid nothing).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
